THE SUPPLIER ACCOUNT
To make a satisfactory contact with the Buyer, you must fill out a supplier account with your login and customer details. You also need to add your name, logo, photo, address, information such as company type, year of establishment, number of employees, turnover, certificates, website address, contact phone number and e-mail address to your account. Only the completed account is reliable for the Buyer and only such account gives an opportunity to make contact. In addition, all retail chains will see your company's profile, so it will not be anonymous.
WHAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN YOUR OFFER?
Buyers are bombarded by phones and e-mails, so only a factual offer will attract their attention and encourage them to respond. A successful offer should include: the name of the product, the variety, the size, the category, the packaging, the price, the delivery conditions. The relevant product features can be easily selected from a drop-down list and described in the text box below. Additional information may be included in the Annex. Each e-mail with your offer will be sent directly to the e-mail address of the buyer of a given retail chain responsible for the purchase of fruit, vegetables or flowers, respectively, saving your time and increasing your chances of success.
WHERE CAN I FIND ALL MY OFFERS?
All offers submitted by the company are available by clicking the "My offers" button. Here you can also withdraw the offer and close the thread. To submit an offer, click on the "Submit offer" button.
WHICH LANGUAGE SHOULD I USE TO WRITE MY OFFERS IN?
The offer should be written in the language of the country of the buyer's origin or in English.
THE BUYERS NEEDS
To see the buyers' enquiries, click on the "buyers' needs" button, then proceed to the specific inquiry, the buyer profile, and submit your offer.
All enquiries can be sorted by buyer and date. Additionally, it is possible to use the search engine.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I SUBMIT MY OFFERS?
The more you contact Buyers, the greater the chance You will be noticed and remembered. The more attractive and specific the offer, the greater the chance of success.
